(01) The problem
Paper ledgers lose money. Stock counts were guesswork, and the notebook behind the counter was the only record of who owed what.
(02) What we did
We put the whole shop in one place, with taka, mobile banking, local couriers and বাকি built in rather than bolted on. The counter works offline on Windows and syncs when the internet comes back.
